With the revival of the Transformers franchise in the US due to Beast Wars in 1996, Takara-Tomy and Hasbro celebrates the 10th Anniversary of Beast Wars with the release of new and old Beast Wars toys based on the cartoon series.

Beast Wars TM-02 Megatron, Leader of the Predacons in the US Beast Wars series, is a completely new mold based on the Robot Masters version with a more show-accurate mold and color to his television counterpart. Megatron is still a T-rex with opening and closing jaw that also doubles as his right arm. Megatron will now have a left arm and hand and the ability to separate his tail melee weapon from his arm. TM-02 also comes with a metallic profile card and a DVD containing the 4th episode of Transformers: Beast Wars (with Japanese audio) and more. Megatron is ready to be unleashed to celebrate more than 10 years of Beast Wars.
