Prowl is a Honda Integra Type-R police car styled after the popular Transformers G1 character, Prowl. The Vivid Blue Pearl Edition is a limited edition exclusive of the Honda Integra Type-R as a consumer based car instead of the police car, it's original design. You could think of this alternate mode as his surveillance/undercover mode. As the 15th Binaltech, it sports the Vivid Blue Pearl coloring while the vanity plate reads "PROWL" and it comes with a laser baton.

Prowl was only sold in stores in Japan and is considered a very hard to find product.
