In general we allow cancellations of orders that have not been processed. Once we have received a payment and product is shifted to processing status instead of pending status, cancellation may not occur or a 3% fee will applied to your order, pending on if we can intercept the order. Please message us immediately if you would like to cancel an order before a package status becomes shipped. Once a item is shipped a cancellation is no longer available.

The definition of a shipped condition is
    -when an order has left our warehouse.
    -items are set with request for immediate delivery
    -Pre-orders that have arrived at our warehouse and have been sent out


Pre-order made on can be canceled at any time before the payment has been processed. A minimum non refundable deposit of 10% is not refundable. Once a payment has been proceed, a restocking fee may be applied on the return if the order is canceled.


3% fee for cancellations

We honor cancellations on orders that have not been shipped or fulfilled.  However, ALL paid orders will incur a 3% charge as transaction fees are no longer refunded by payment gateways or by PayPal.  Credit/Debit card payments can take 3-5 business days after we initiate it before you receive your refund.  You can move any paid transactions to store credit to avoid the 3% penalty.
