Pre-orders
Pre-ordering is a transaction in ToyArena.com that lets our customers order a product that is not yet in-stock and will be available in the future. Pre-order products are usually items that are not release, hard to find, hard to get, and sometimes in very limited quantities.
Thank you for your interest in our products! Below, you’ll find detailed information about our pre-order options, policies, and frequently asked questions. Please read carefully to understand how pre-orders work and the terms associated with your order.
How is the Pre-Order List Fulfilled?
Pre-orders are filled on a first-come, first-served priority basis, determined by the date of the transaction. The earlier you place your order, the higher your priority on our delivery and fulfillment list.
Pre-Order Payment Options
Pre-orders can be paid using one of the following options (note: not all items will have all three options available):

How it works:
Place your order without paying upfront. Once the item arrives, we will invoice you for the full amount. -
Payment deadline:
You have 2 weeks from the date of invoicing to complete your payment. -
Unpaid orders:
If payment is not received within 2 weeks, your order will be removed, and the item will be made available to other customers. -
Important note:
We do not hold products for unpaid orders. If payment is not received, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item.
2. Pre-Order with Non-Refundable Deposit

How it works:
Secure your order by paying a non-refundable deposit (minimum 10% of the total order value). The deposit guarantees your item and gives you 2 weeks to complete the payment after invoicing. -
Payment deadline:
Full payment must be completed within 2 weeks of invoicing. -
Unpaid orders:
If payment is not received within 2 weeks, your order will be removed, and the deposit will be forfeited. -
Local pickup:
For local pickup orders, you will be invoiced once the item arrives. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the new invoice. After payment is completed, we will send you an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. -
Important note:
The deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to your order. Paying in full or with a deposit does not affect your priority on the pre-order list, as orders are fulfilled based on the date they were placed.
3. Pay in Full

How it works:
Pay the full amount upfront to secure your order. Your item will be held for you and prepared for shipping or pickup upon arrival. -
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped as soon as the item arrives. Tracking information will be sent to the email/phone number provided during checkout. -
Local pickup:
If you choose local pickup, you must collect your order within 6 months of arrival. -
Unclaimed orders:
If the order is not picked up within 6 months, it will be removed and made available for public sale. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.
Non-Refundable Deposit
By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your order.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your pre-order, your deposit will not be refunded, transferred, or credited.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to issues on our end, we will issue a full refund.

If payment is made via PayPal, we cannot issue a refund after 180 days. In such cases, we can only offer store credit.

If we send an invoice and no payment is made within 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited, and your order will be canceled.
Pre-Order Deposit Invoice
When you place an order with the deposit option, the deposit amount will be deducted from the full price when the item arrives. Once the item arrives, we will send an invoice with the final total to the email/phone number provided.

Failure to pay the remaining balance within 14 days of receiving the invoice will result in the cancellation of your pre-order and the loss of your deposit.
Shipping Cost of Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are assigned a fair and best estimate of the product's packaged shipping weight. In rare cases, the actual weight may differ slightly from the estimate, which could result in a small adjustment to the shipping cost.

For pre-paid orders, we will contact you if additional shipping costs are required.

For pay-later orders, the shipping cost will be adjusted based on the actual weight of your order.
Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
By default, if you order both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the in-stock items until the pre-order item arrives to ship them together.

If you prefer to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, please contact us to make arrangements.

Pre-Order Pay Later items option will be invoiced individually as the products arrive and will not be held.

If you want to split the shipment (e.g., ship in-stock products first while waiting for pre-order items), additional shipping costs will be required for when the pre-order item is ready to ship.

Pre-orders secured with a deposit or paid in full will be held and processed only once the entire shipment has arrived.

Note: We recommend customers place separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items if they wish to have their in-stock items shipped immediately.
How Do I Know if an Item is in Pre-Order Status?
Items in pre-order status are clearly marked on the product detail page. You will see "Pre-Order" in red text above the "Add to Cart" button.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you guarantee that I will receive my order?
We do not guarantee that all orders can be fulfilled. This depends on the manufacturer and suppliers. While we order quantities in advance, we may not receive 100% of the requested items due to supply and demand issues.
Can you guarantee the time of availability?
No, we cannot guarantee the exact date the product will be available to us or to the public.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you may send us a cancellation request at any time before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it is considered fulfilled, and we will follow our Returns Policy to process your request.

For canceled pre-orders, the non-refundable deposit (minimum 10%) will not be refunded. If the order was paid in full, we will deduct a 10% cancellation fee from your refund.
Will I be notified when my order arrives?
Yes, once the items arrive and are ready to ship, you will be notified via email. Your order should ship within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card is declined, your order will be offered to the next customer in line. Generally, we have sufficient stock, but you may contact us within 24 hours of receiving the decline notification to resolve the issue.
