Pre-ordering is a transaction in ToyArena.com that lets our customers order a product that is not yet in-stock and will be available in the future. Pre-order products are usually items that are not release, hard to find, hard to get, and sometimes in very limited quantities.
How is the Pre-Order list fulfilled?
Pre-orders are filled on a first come, first serve priority basis in the order of prioritization by date of the transaction.
Are pre-orders paid now or charged later?
Pre-orders can be "pre-paid" in full or a non refundable 10% deposit.Paying full or a non refundable deposit do not have any effect on the priority of the pre-order list since we deliver and fulfill orders based on the date the order has been placed. The earlier an order is made the higher you are on our priority delivery and fulfillment list.
By placing a Pre-order You have to agree to pay the Non-Refundable deposit to place your pre-order.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your preorder, your non-refundable down payment will not be refunded.
Paid in Full Pre-order
Pre-orders which were paid in full will be shipped out as soon as item(s) arrive, tracking information will be sent to email/phone number added on order.
Pre-order Deposit Invoice
Once place an order with the Deposit option, the amount deposit will be deducted from the full price time when item arrives to us. Once item arrives to us, we will send out invoices with the final total to the email/phone number.
Failure on responding to invoice within the 7 days after being sent will result in cancellation pre-order and deposit lost. We will allow 7 days from time of item arrives to our warehouse with remaining balance paid off.
Shipping cost of Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are assigned a fair and best estimate of the product packaged shipping weight. There are instances, although very rare, that the difference of the estimated weight to the actual weight matters in as much as a few dollars which may increase or decrease the shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you as necessary to let you know if any additional shipping cost is necessary to be paid if you ordered and pre-paid. For pay later pre-orders, we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly to the shipping weight of your order.
Combining a Pre-Order to In-stock Items
At this time, a Pre-Order cannot be combined with an in-stock item in one purchase transaction. The reason for this is we ship available items to you immediately without waiting for the pre-order item, which will increase the cost of shipping if we have to ship to you twice. Please order items marked as PRE-ORDER Status on its own so we can avoid delays on processing your orders.
How do I know if an item is in Pre-Order status?
Items in the Pre-Order status are marked so in the products detail page of the item. It will be visible to you in red color text above the "Add to Cart" button.
Do you give any guarantee that I will receive my order?
We do not guarantee that all orders can be met. This is out of our control and depends on the manufacturer and suppliers. Just like you, we order the item quantities in advance from them, however, we may not get 100% delivery due to supply and demand issues.
Can you guarantee the time of availability?
We also cannot guarantee the actual date the product is made available to us or to the public.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You may send us a cancellation request at any time before the orders are shipped out to you. If the order has been sent, your order is marked as fulfilled and we will follow our Returns Policy in processing your request. Please keep in mind that your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
Will I get notified when my order arrives?
Yes. Once the items have arrived and ready to ship, you will be notified by e-mail. Your order should ship within 2 business days from the date we received the product in our warehouse.
What happens when your credit card is decline?
If your credit card is decline, your order will be giving to the next customers in line. Generally, we will have enough stocks. You may try to contact us within 24 hours after receiving an email notification your credit card being declined.
