Although we know ordering online can sometime be difficult as you don't have the physical item in front of you to see we do offer a Customer Guarantee for all of our customers.

Please note that the Pre-Owned section items that are sold under there is sold as is and are not elgible for refunds. Product will be indicated as Pre-Owned in product title for these particular items. 

All returns must be authorized and approved by first. Do not send anything prior to us approving the return. Once approved we will provide an RMA #.

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for the following reasons only:

  1. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE. Defective items will only be exchanged and not be refunded. If we don't have the replacement, we will issue a refund. We will inspect prior to issue a refund, play wear, loose joints, paint imperfection, and damaged cause when handling or playing doesn't qualify as defective.
  2. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered (please note incorrect item must not be opened and keep in its original packaging and factory sealed).If you opened the incorrect or correct product, you have agreed to keep the product(s). Product(s) MUST be returned in the original packaging. Original condition means factory sealed, unopened, unused, unaltered, unassembled (model kits), and brand new. A full inspection will be made, any signs of attempt to resealing the toy packaging will void the return/exchange. Buyer agrees and is responsible to pay for return shipping if we discover the products is return not in its original condition. A refund will not be issued.
  3. We don't offer refunds on any model kit that has been attempted to assemble or build. All plastic runners must still be completed and sealed in their plastic bags. 

Products MUST be returned in the original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is pay by the buyer. All returns must be authorized and approved by All return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange once we received the product. Return must be postmarked within 5 days of approval.  When returning product, we recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or lost during transit. Please provide a tracking number since this is the only way we both can track the parcel in transit. If item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee of the total value will apply.

Box condition is sold as is. We ship our products mint unless stated in description. We do not offer exchange, discounts, or refund for dents and creases caused during shipping transit. If you are concerned with box condition, please email us. We do offer collector packaging for additional shipping and handling fee.
