Bandai One Piece Best Mecha Collection General Franky Model Kit

When I opened the shipping boxed the product packaging was in bad shape, with many dents and damage. This was a gift purchase so ti was extra disapponting, but luckily the recipient didn't mind a box that looked like it fell off of the back of a truck. The boxed also appeard to have been opened and was sealed back up with loose plastice strips around it. Overall it made me feel like the package could have been tampered with and I will not know if all pieces are actually present in the model kit until the gift recipient assembles it. The product box itself was wrapped in bubble wrap which makes this even more confusing, as the bubble wrap and shipping box did nothing to protect it.
