"Sword Art Online" collaborates with the Desktop Army figure lineup from MegaHouse, and the result is this super-cute set of figures -- including the first boy figure in the series!

Each set consists of one figure each of Kirito, Asuna and Silica; each one is highly poseable, including an added joint at the waist, and about 8cm tall; each comes with an interchangeable facial expression and a weapon too! With their built-in hard points and ports, they can use armor and weapons from other Desktop Army items too, to make them infinitely customisable!
