Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the BISHOUJO series, Kotobukiya introduces Sadako to the HORROR BISHOUJO lineup, a major icon of Japanese horror.

Designed by Shunya Yamashita, the figure captures Sadako's delicate expression, offering options to display her with her trademark long black hair obscuring her face or with a revealing eye peeking out. Her iconic white dress features translucent parts to simulate damp skin, with meticulously painted details like scratched nails resembling a red manicure. The design portrays Sadako floating with psychic power over a pile of tapes, with unraveled tape that can be freely arranged. Included are extra tape rolls in a videotape-themed box for custom decoration, along with a surprise hidden among the tapes.
